Speech and Language Therapy
Mrs. Brown is a professional in her field. Not only is she an expert in her craft, as she has shown many times when specifically addressing questions and concerns I have had, she has always been reliable and prepared to meet with students at the appointed time and has maximized the time spent with each of them from beginning to end.
Mrs. Brown is as passionate about her field (staying up to date with training) as she is kind to her students. She encourages families, teachers, and patients to collaborate with her so that they may gain the most from therapy. She promptly responds to e-mails and phone calls.
Based on the years I have observed Lindsay Brown working with students and their families and based on her generously shared advice when I have needed help with students that were not hers, I am a raving fan.

At 3 1/2 years old our son was diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech. Prior to working with Lindsay, he had about 100 words and maybe a handful of two word phrases. Not only has his vocabulary increased, now he has two and three word phrases, three syllable words and is intelligible to other people! Family and friends constantly remark on his progress. Most importantly, he enjoys and looks forward to his five days a week of therapy with Lindsay. We are very grateful for her help!
Lindsay Brown is a knowledgeable speech pathologist that has a special way of connecting with her patients in a unique environment that is calm and more like meeting in someone's home. With our weekly sessions, I see remarkable improvements in both of my children's speech. I appreciate how Lindsay at The Language Loft has equipped me as a parent with tools to work with my children at home as well.

It is with great enthusiasm and confidence that I recommend Lindsay Brown as a speech-language pathologist. I have taught kindergarten students she has served for several years. She has helped to identify students who would benefit from therapy, provided therapy for students with noticeable results, and she has been a supportive consultant whenever I have had questions about the speech-language development of other students in my classroom.
